Day 1

Arrival and accommodation to Turin. Welcome Dinner.

Day 2

Discover Turin in one day visit, tasting and introduction to Piedmont wines. In the evening a tipical “aperitivo” in an historical caffè

Day 3

Visit to a Castlel in Monferrato and its museum with wine tasting.
Dinner in Alba, the medieval town 

Day 4

Visit and discover Monferato Hills
Moscato Wine tasting
Visit to Asti and tasting of Chocolate and “Torrone”

Day 5

Truffle Hunting in morning and then enjoy  and visiting the extraordinary Medieval fair in Alba with “Palio degli Asini”
Wine tastings  and introduction to Langhe Wines.

Day 6

Visit to a Barbaresco winemaker with tasting and visit to the vines.

In the afternoon visit to a Barbera producer and then back to Barbaresco town for other tastings in the “Enoteca del Barbaresco

Day 7

Visit  Barolo’s Castle and the the Famous winemaker with a Nebbiolo and Barolo special tastings.
In the afternoon visit to the corkscrew museum in Barolo and then visit and tasting to a Nebbiolo wineproducer.

Day 8

Move to another Piedmont area: Canavese. Visit to an Erbaluce winemaker and tastings of the wines from this vine

Visit to an historical vineyard haunted by the italian composer “Giacomo Puccini”

Arrival in Ivrea

How to make bread demonstration.
after we close with a wine tasting

Day 9

In the morning visit and tasting to an important Distillery.

Visit to a local chees aging shop and walks in the pastures to see how “Toma Canavesana” is produced directly from the hands of local artisans.

After a tasting back to Ivrea for a Erbaluce winetasting.

Day 10

Move in the mountain direction to see, visit and taste wines of the the so called Heroic Vines

Back to Turin and greetings.
